Why We Don’t Offer Returns
Because of the delicate and handcrafted nature of our jewelry, and to maintain the highest hygiene and safety standards, we currently do not offer returns or refunds.

Our Exchange Promise
We understand that sometimes, things don’t go as planned.
That’s why we offer easy exchange in the rare case your product is:
• Broken or damaged upon delivery
• Missing from the order
To request an exchange:
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share a full unboxing video (from opening the outer courier box to the bubble wrap), with no cuts or pauses
This helps us ensure transparency and process your exchange smoothly.
If eligible, we’ll send you a replacement of the same product, or offer another product of the same value if it’s unavailable.
In case of a refund (only if applicable due to rare order issues), it will be processed within 3–7 business days after approval.
